Shipping & Returns
DELIVERY
Once your order is completed and paid for on our online store, it will be processed within 1 to 5 business days. Please note that during busier periods, processing times may extend up to 10 business days.
We ship with multiple delivery companies: Canpar, ICS, GLS, Fedex, UPS, and Purolator.
If you live in a house, a secure location, or a residence without an apartment number, and you are unable to be present at the time of delivery, the driver will leave your package at your doorstep. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, and we will not issue refunds for purchases and/or shipping costs in these cases. If you live in an apartment building or an insecure location, the driver will leave you a notice, and you will need to pick up your package from the assigned counter within 5 business days. If this deadline is not met, the package will be returned to us, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs as well as any new shipping charges.
If an incomplete address is provided at checkout and the package is returned to us, you will need to pay for the shipping costs again. This includes missing street number, apartment number, suite, unit, PO Box, etc.
PICK-UP IN-STORE
You have the option to pick up your items in person. This service is free of charge. The usual timeframe to pick up your order is 1 to 5 business days. Please note that this timeline may change depending on the volume of orders received.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
No refunds.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us via email or direct message. You must have your order number and a photo of the damaged product. The product will be sent to you again at no extra cost. Although we try to handle all packages with care, we have no control over the delivery process.
You agree to pay for all items purchased on the site and acknowledge that prices are subject to change. When you purchase a physical product, you agree to provide us with a valid email address, delivery address, and billing information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including errors or omissions in the information you provide. If payment has already been processed, we will issue a refund for the purchase price. We may require additional information before confirming the sale, and we reserve the right to impose additional restrictions on the sale of our products. For the sale of physical goods, we may pre-authorize your debit or credit card when you place the order, or we may charge your card when the order is shipped. You agree to monitor your payment instrument. Shipping and delivery costs, as well as the estimated delivery dates, may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
